Introducing the mobile website construction service “Renter’s Net
Mobile” with complete linkage to a real estate property database
~ Systems have been linked for the “MobileMK” mobile marketing tool and the
“Renter’s Net” information management system for real estate companies ~

transcosmos inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President and COO: Masataka Okuda;
Securities code: 9715; hereafter, transcosmos) and Renter’s Co. (Headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo;
President: Tetsuya Kato; hereafter, Renter’s) have linked their systems for the transcosmos integrated
mobile marketing tool “MobileMK” and the Renter’s information management system for real estate
companies “Renter’s Net ”, and have begun offering a mobile search site construction service for real
estate property information called “Renter’s Net Mobile”. With this service, real estate company
(broker) users can easily construct and update an original mobile site for property information that is
able to search the latest real estate property information.

This new “Renter’s Net Mobile” service is offered as an optional service of “Renter’s Net”. By using
the site construction features of “MobileMK”, an original mobile site can be freely created for a user
company, which is completely linked to the real estate property database registered in the “Renter’s
Net” service provided by Renter’s. The latest real estate property information is always displayed
without the need for any updating operations, and feature pages can also be easily prepared for
information such as unique recommendations and newly available properties.

Furthermore, with the QR code publication management feature, effectiveness measurement of sales
promotion tools is made possible by leading users to a mobile site through the insertion of QR codes
for each property into sales promotion tools such as websites and flyers. It is possible to easily
access information even from an outside location by entering the QR codes for selected properties
into a mobile device, and this also leads to improved usability for the user.

In addition, Tokyu Relocation is using this service as its first client, and we
have redesigned their mobile site. Regarding this redesign, we have
received the following five point evaluation from the planning department
manager of Tokyu Relocation, Emiko Abe.
1) Property information linked with the website is automatically posted on
the mobile site in a timely manner, making individual updates
unnecessary
2) Availability information is linked to the information page for each rental
condo, making updates unnecessary

3) It is convenient to set up feature pages with the desired contents, such
as “Detached”, “Pets OK”, “No key money”, etc.
4) It is convenient to be able to customize when setting up a new mobile
inquiry form
5) It is possible to select highly effective sales promotion tools and media
by using QR codes for advertising effectiveness measurement

transcosmos and Renter’s are aiming to provide this service to 200 companies in the first year,
focusing on existing users of Renter’s Net.
