Tokyo, Japan, May 2, 2011 --- Teijin Limited announced today that it has decided candidates for the directors, corporate auditors and corporate officers. The selections for the personnel to be newly appointed as directors and corporate auditors are subject to the approval of the annual meeting of shareholders and the board of directors meeting on June 22, 2011.
