| As previously announced, SG Systems Co.,Ltd., a member of SG Holdings Group, established Wuxi FeiSu Logistics Information Technology Co.,Ltd. in China on July 1 as a joint venture company engaged in development and sales of logistics and mail-order systems. On the day of the opening ceremony held in Yixing City, Jiangsu Province on July 2, the joint venture company launched operations. |

| China's logistics market is now growing rapidly as the online shopping industry continues to expand. Greetings from President Shin Yasunobe at the Opening Ceremony (excerpt)
Thanks to cooperation from the city of Yixing, it took only one month in real terms to establish this joint venture company after the incorporation procedures commenced. Although it is said that it normally requires almost six months to establish an international joint venture company in China, we were able to establish this company in such a short period. I am truly grateful to all of you for your support and efforts to make this happen.
Two months ago, I visited Yixing to conclude a memorandum of cooperation with its city government. In a short period of time after the visit, another train service, a high-speed train service from Shanghai, became available in the city. Incidentally, I came to Yixing today via a new expressway that did not exist on my previous visit.
I am truly amazed at the rapid development of Yixing City and I am absolutely sure that the city, together with its surrounding districts, will become a major logistics hub in the Yangtze River region.
I hope that with its unstinting dedication, Wuxi FeiSu Logistics Information Technology Co.,Ltd. will be able to grow at a fast pace as its Chinese name indicates, and contribute to further development of the city of Yixing and the Yixing Development Zone through its business activities.
