Distribution of "Market Information Usage Policy (August 1st, 2012 Version)"

Currently, Tokyo Stock Exchange is considering a variety of initiatives aimed at revitalizing the Japanese securities market. As part of these efforts, we will be enhancing the "Open-Access Terminal Service" to include the dissemination of real-time price information. Coinciding with this, we have revised the "Market Information Usage Policy" with a change to service contents. The updated Policy is effective from 1st, August 2012.
