Announcement of Organizational Reforms and Personnel Changes

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. announces the following organizational and personnel changes, effective June 15, 2012.

Organizational changes

<Smart Power Vehicle Business Unit, Business Development Operations>
To further vitalize and streamline our development functions, the current "Vehicle Development Division" and "Component Development Division" will be reorganized into the "1st Development Division" and "2nd Development Division."
