Today, we received a written caution from the Japan Fair Trade Commission regarding the electricity rate raise in the Deregulated Section (Press release issued on January 17, 2012). It gave us a warning "to disclose sufficient necessary information regarding the electricity transaction in the Deregulated Section in order to prevent such an act that amounts to a violation of the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade (Anti-Monopoly Act)."
We will take special notice of this caution, and continue to conduct courteous explanation paying further attention to the compliance with the Anti-Monopoly Act.
