Renesas Electronics Announces Completion of Transactions to Transfer its Factory of Subsidiary to Fuji Electric

As announced in the press release, “Renesas Electronics Announces its Plan to Transfer Factory of Subsidiary to Fuji Electric” dated March 28, 2012, Renesas Electronics Corporation (Renesas) and Fuji Electric Co., Ltd (Fuji Electric) signed a definitive agreement (DA) to transfer Tsugaru factory (Goshogawara, Aomori) of Renesas Northern Japan Semiconductor, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Renesas, to Fuji Electric. The company today announced that it completed the transactions to transfer the factory to Fuji Electric on July 1, 2012.
