Revision to Data in "BOJ Current Account Balances by Sector"

Bank of Japan

The Bank of Japan has revised the following figures for "BOJ Current Account Balances by Sector" from June 2007 to December 2011:

  • "Required reserves (Trust banks)"
  • "Excess reserves (Trust banks)"
  • "Required reserves (Subtotal of institutions subject to the reserve requirement)"
  • "Excess reserves (Subtotal of institutions subject to the reserve requirement)"

The revised figures are available in \"Releases\" and \"BOJ Time-Series Data Search.\"

Please note that figures in the Bank's publications on statistical data may be those before the correction. The corrected data are available at the link above.
