Change to the Report on Our Facility Management Plan for Unit 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Based on the "Policy on the Mid-term Security" (Version 3, Revised) |

The Report on our facility management plan for Unit 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station based on the "Policy on the Mid-term Security" (Version 3, Revised*) issued on March 7, 2012 has been changed and submitted to the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency (NISA) of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry today.
The change below related to the handling of underwear after the surface contamination test has been incorporated.

- Instructions on managing radiation exposure through radioactive materials and objects contaminated by radioactive materials and disposing radiation waste
We will continue our utmost efforts in ensuring safety at Unit 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station in accordance with the facility management plan (version 1-3) we have developed.
