Launching a New Mobile Battery for Tablets

Made with a Reusable, Rechargeable Lithium-ion Battery
* Actual value measured by ELECOM

ELECOM CO., LTD. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Osaka, Japan; President: Junji Hada) will launch the new “TB-M01L-2320 Series” of mobile battery at the beginning of August; featuring a built-in, reusable, and rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which allows you to charge tablets with a USB micro-B charging port, such as the Arrows Tab, when you are out and about with no access to a USB power supply or household power outlet.

A “rechargeable mobile battery” is a portable battery that can be charged beforehand so you can use it later on to charge a smartphone, etc. even in places where there is no household power outlet. ELECOM is in the process of launching a variety of accessories for the iPhone and smartphones; and this new release is for the “TB-M01L-2320 Series,” a high power model for tablets that is simple and easy to use, and which has been especially designed as a charging device.

The “TB-M01L-2320 Series” has a built-in, rechargeable lithium-ion battery with a high capacity of 2350mAh. This battery can be charged beforehand using USB power or a household power outlet, so you can use it later on to charge tablets with large capacity batteries straight away, wherever you are.
If you charge this mobile battery to the full, it will be able to charge a tablet up to 40% (* actual value measured by ELECOM) of its full charge. By keeping this mobile battery charged, you will never need to panic if you suddenly run out battery while out and about. Additionally, this mobile battery is very lightweight and compact in size so it is easy to carry around wherever you go, whether you are travelling on business or just going out.
It has a built-in, chargeable lithium-ion battery that can be recharged multiple times. The battery conforms to the JIS C8711 and JIS C8714 standards, so you can rest assured of its safety.

You can easily use a PC to charge this mobile battery by using the included USB charger cable to connect the mobile battery to the PC. You can also charge the mobile battery without using a PC, by using an AC adapter for tablets to connect to a household power outlet.
You can then supply electricity to a tablet by connecting it to the mobile battery using the charger cable included with the tablet or any other compatible charger cable. It has an LED display that shows its operation status when it is being charged or when it is supplying electricity to a tablet.
Available in standard black and white.
