(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CFO and President: Yoichi Kawano; hereinafter “transcosmos analytics”), a company specializing in CRM research and analysis consulting, has received its Privacy Mark (“P Mark”) and launched operations as of today. As a 100% subsidiary of trasncosmos inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; COO and President: Masataka Okuda; Securities Code: 9715; hereinafter “transcosmos”), it will work in cooperation with transcosmos to provide research and analysis services to help corporations conquer their business challenges.
transcosmos analytics was established on May 12, 2012 as a subsidiary of transcosmos in order to speed up the research and development process and training of the human resources in the CRM research and analysis market which further becomes complex and advanced due to the rise of big data and social media and to reinforce the KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) service system. With ten years of research and analysis know-how developed with transcosmos and 60 analysts on hand, transcosmos analytics will take on challenges of developing new services as well.
