Elpida Memory, Inc. and Akita Elpida Memory, Inc., customers of Advantest, have filed for corporate reorganization.

Any effects of this on Advantest have yet to be determined, but Advantest and affiliated companies holds about 300 million yen in accounts receivable from Elpida Memory and Akita Elpida Memory.

Also, Advantest has invested 800 million yen in Elpida Business Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Elpida Memory.
