Cosmo Oil Co., Ltd. approved the candidates for Directors.Please be informed of the details as follows.

The official decision on changes in the members of the Board of Directors will be made at the annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled for late June 2012 and at the Board meeting to follow. The changes in executive officers will officially become effective on June 26, 2012.
